The spacious living room is furnished with modern furniture, including a comfortable sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Furthermore, there is plenty of cutlery, crockery, and kitchen accessories available.

From the living room, large sliding doors lead to the fantastic terrace with a beautiful view of the enormous, modern-designed swimming pool with a separate children's area and a lovely sunbathing area. On the terrace, there are sun loungers and a patio table with 8 chairs, allowing you to fully enjoy the wonderful Spanish sun.

Of course, air conditioning, internet, wifi, and Dutch television are included in this beautiful property.

The apartment provides more than enough bedding and ample towels (large and small) so that you can enjoy a carefree holiday and only need to bring a suitcase with your own clothes.

The residence "El Amanacer IX" is located in the Los Altos district, in Orihuela Costa.

The distance to the beach is approximately 2 km.

Within walking distance of the apartment, there is a large supermarket and a small commercial center with some cozy bars and restaurants.

The center of Torrevieja is 5 minutes away by car or bus. Just a few hundred meters away is a bus stop with excellent connections to Torrevieja or, for example, the large shopping center "La Zenia Boulevard."

The city of Torrevieja has a lively center with many charming shops, a wide range of bars, and restaurants. Additionally, you can enjoy the long promenade with its numerous terraces, a beautiful harbor, and a separate area with some discotheques, disco-pubs, and lounge bars. For the little ones, there is also plenty to do, such as the water park in Torrevieja, the fair in Torrevieja, or the Safari in Elche.

A few minutes from your apartment, you'll find the beautiful beaches of Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa, including the sandy beaches of Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, and Cabo Roig.

Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves here, as within a few kilometers, there are several international golf courses, including the golf resorts Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, and Campoamor.

The distance to Alicante and Murcia airports is approximately 40 minutes by car. There are also excellent bus connections from the airports to the center of Torrevieja.

Rental prices:

Throughout the year

Week: 800.00 Euro Minimum stay 1 week

Final cleaning: Regardless of the duration of stay, a fee of 125.00 Euro (one hundred and twenty-five euros) is charged for the final cleaning of the apartment.

Deposit: Upon reservation of this apartment, the tenant pays a security deposit of 500.00 euros. After leaving the apartment and after inspection by one of our staff, this amount will be returned to the tenant within 7 working days after the end of the rental period if no damage is found. Any costs for damages incurred will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the tenant.

Payment method: 50% of the total rental price upon reservation of the apartment. The remaining amount of the rental price, plus the costs of final cleaning and the security deposit, must be paid no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period.

Reservation: Upon reservation, the tenant must send us a copy of the passports of each person staying in the apartment during the rental period.
