Throughout your search for your new Spanish home and during the entire purchase process, we will assist you in your own language and help you with all the necessary procedures to ensure a pleasant, professional, and worry-free transaction.
We work with reputable law firms to verify the legality of all documents, draft and review purchase/sale contracts, and, together with our gestoria, we handle tasks such as applying for your NIE number, applying for a Spanish mortgage, and opening a Spanish bank account.
Of course, we also prepare for the notarial transfer and accompany you (or with a power of attorney) to the notary to sign the purchase/sale agreement.
After the purchase/sale, we handle all updates and ensure that the property title is changed in the Spanish registry and cadastre.
Even after the purchase of your new home in Spain, we can assist you in almost all aspects.
We can arrange for the installation and maintenance of your garden and/or swimming pool, manage the keys to your home, assist with rental if desired, ensure the property is cleaned upon arrival or departure, and serve as your contact point in Spain in case of any emergencies related to your Spanish property.

We do not adhere to a 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM mentality, and we are always available for our clients, including evenings and weekends.
