The residence “El Amanacer III” is located in the Los Altos district, in Orihuela Costa

Distance to the beach is about 2 km.

Within walking distance of the apartment is a large supermarket and a small commercial center with some cozy bars and restaurants.

The center of Torrevieja is 5 minutes by car or bus.

Just a few hundred meters away is a bus stop from where you have excellent connections to Torrevieja or to, for example, the large shopping center "La Zenia Boulevard".

The city of Torrevieja has a pleasant center with many nice shops, and a wide range of bars and restaurants.

In addition, it is wonderful to relax on the long boulevard with its many terraces and there is a beautiful harbor and a separate area with several discos, disco pubs and lounge bars.

There is also plenty to do for the little ones, such as the aqua park in Torrevieja, the fair in Torrevieja or the Safari in Elche.

Minutes from your apartment are the beautiful beaches of Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa, including the sandy beaches of Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Cabo Roig.

Rental prices

Week: 800.00 Euro Minimum stay 3 days

Day: 110.00 Euro

Final cleaning:

Regardless of the length of stay, an amount of 125.00 Euro (one hundred and twenty-five Euros) will be charged for the final cleaning of the apartment

Guarantee:

When booking this apartment, the tenant pays a deposit of 500.00 euros (five hundred euros). After leaving the apartment and after checking by one of our employees, this amount will be returned to the tenant no later than 7 working days after the end of the rental date, if no damage has been found. Any costs for damage incurred will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the tenant.

Method of payment:

50% of the total rent when booking the apartment. Remaining sum of the rent plus the costs of the final cleaning plus the deposit no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period.

Reservation:

When making a reservation, the tenant must send us a copy of the passports of every person who will stay in the apartment during the rental period.

Car rental:

With this apartment it is possible to rent a car during your stay, which you can collect at the airport.
