This luxurious ground floor apartment is located just 1,500 meters from the sea in an exclusive residence with a huge swimming pool. The apartment, equipped with all luxuries and furnished with high-quality furniture, can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and toilet. Additionally, there is a shared second bathroom, also equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet.

The spacious living room is furnished with modern furniture, including a comfortable sofa, a separate armchair, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. There is also ample cutlery, crockery, and kitchen accessories.

From the living room, large sliding doors lead to the fantastic terrace, offering a beautiful view of the enormous, modern-designed swimming pool with a separate children's area and a lovely sunbathing area.

On the terrace, there are some sun loungers and a terrace table with 4 chairs for optimal enjoyment of the Spanish sun. Additionally, there is a separate storage room with a washing machine and dryer. At the rear of the house near the main entrance, there is a second terrace, allowing you to enjoy the sun at any time of the day.

Of course, air conditioning, internet, wifi, and Dutch television are included in this beautiful property. For your safety, the apartment is also equipped with an alarm system.

The apartment has more than enough bed linen and plenty of towels (large and small), so you can enjoy a carefree holiday and only need to bring a suitcase with your own clothes.

Location:

The "Laguna Beach resort" is located in the Los Balcones district, in the southernmost part of Torrevieja.

The distance to the beach is approximately 1,500 meters.

Within walking distance of the apartment, there is a large supermarket and a small commercial center with some cozy bars and restaurants.

The center of Torrevieja is a 5-minute drive or bus ride away. Just a few hundred meters away is a bus stop with excellent connections to Torrevieja or, for example, the large shopping center "La Zenia Boulevard."

The city of Torrevieja has a lively center with many nice shops and a wide range of bars and restaurants. Additionally, it is pleasant to stroll along the long promenade with its many terraces, and there is a beautiful harbor and a separate area with some discos, disco-pubs, and lounge bars. For the little ones, there is plenty to do, such as the water park in Torrevieja, the fair in Torrevieja, or the Safari in Elche.

A few minutes from your apartment, you will find the beautiful beaches of Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa, including the sandy beaches of Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, and Cabo Roig.

Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves here, as within a few kilometers, there are several international golf courses, including the golf resorts Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Las Colinas, and Campoamor.

The distance to Alicante and Murcia airports is approximately 40 minutes by car. There are also excellent bus connections from the airports to the center of Torrevieja.

Rental Prices:

From November 01 to December 20 and from January 05 to March 31:

Week: 560.00 Euro Minimum stay 3 days Day: 80.00 Euro

From April 01 to June 15 and from September 15 to October 31:

Week: 700.00 Euro Minimum stay 3 days Day: 100.00 Euro

From June 16 to September 14 and from December 21 to January 04:

Week: 840.00 Euro Minimum stay 3 days Day: 120.00 Euro

Cleaning Fee:

Regardless of the duration of the stay, a fee of 100.00 Euro (one hundred euros) is charged for the final cleaning of the apartment.

Security Deposit:

Upon reservation of this apartment, the tenant pays a security deposit of 250.00 euros (two hundred fifty euros). After leaving the apartment and upon inspection by one of our staff members, this amount will be returned to the tenant no later than 7 working days after the end of the rental period, provided that no damages are observed. Any costs for incurred damage will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the tenant.

Payment Method:

50% of the total rental amount upon reservation of the apartment. Remaining amount of the rent, plus the cleaning fee and the security deposit, no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period.

Reservation:

Upon reservation, the tenant is required to send a copy of the passports of each person staying in the apartment during the rental period to us.
