If you wish, Tummers Invest can also help you with the booking of your flights and / or booking of a hotel or apartment during your stay in Spain.

Throughout the entire inspection trip you can expect a personal service, and in addition of seeing the various objects and the environment in which these objects are located, there is still enough time left for a drink and a snack.

Viewings with Tummers Invest will never happen in groups

We prefer to deal with only one customer at the time through which we can make sufficient time for our customers and guarantee discretion about personal and financial affairs at all times.

Hereby we have sufficient time to visit the objects without any time pressure and to answer all your questions regarding the various objects.

By listening very carefully to the comments of our customers during the viewings it might happen that we slightly adjust the program during the day and with your approval we might go and see some other objects which we think they may also be of interest to you.

Finally, we will make every effort to find the appropriate property for you.

In order to get the best possible picture of the entire region and the various objects we advise our clients to travel to Spain for at least 3 to 4 days (longer is also possible of course).

During this period, you get a full picture of what is possible and you will be guided entirely individual. besides seeing the various objects we also pay attention to the fiscal and legal matters associated with the purchase of a “second” home in Spain.

This period is also a good opportunity to get acquainted with our office and the persons who will accompany you in the future throughout the entire purchase process.
Although your new residence in Spain is the main thing in this entire process, confidence in the agency is just as important, so after the purchase of your new dream home, you can travel back to your own country with confidence.
